We have many active ministries in our church including but not limited to…
- Adult Sunday School
Join us in discovering new truths from God's Word. Ask questions, discuss and dive deeper into God's Word.
- Bus Ministry
Our church runs two buses that pick-up and drop-off children from the surrounding areas of Portland and Westbrook.
- Church Bookstore
Looking for a new Bible or some edifying music? Visit our bookstore to browse our books and Christian music.
- Deaf Ministry
Our worship services have an ASL interpreter and there is also a Deaf Sunday School that is taught in ASL sign language.
- Shuttle Service
We have a shuttle service to pick up those who need special transportation to and from church, or those that do not have a means to get to the services. (Call 207-797-5509 for a ride.)
- Music Ministry
Join us in song during every service and enjoy our 50 voice choir performing under the direction of Mr. Harold Case. We often have soloist, duets and trios that perform specials. Choir specials and Cantatas are assembled for each holiday.
Our church offers a fully staffed nursery during every service. Take care in knowing that while you are enjoying the service your children are being well cared for in a safe, fun and loving environment by fellow mothers and care givers.
- Nursing Home Ministry
As an out-reach to the elderly who don't have the capability to attend our services in person, we have church members who visit several nursing homes and teach God's Word. What a great opportunity to reach out to our elderly community.
- Sunday School
We offer Sunday school classes starting with our nursery-aged children all the way to our Teen Youth Group. Each Sunday school is staffed with a teacher and helpers who present a Bible story or lesson, along with singing, games and snacks.
- Teen Ministry
Our youth group meets every Thursday night at 7pm, and every Sunday at 10am. Join in discussion, singing and games. Join us for outings and youth rallies as well.
- Visitation Program
Join us on Saturday mornings at 9am as we distribute tracts and church information to the surrounding communities. What a great way to spread the gospel to others and get exercise while doing it.
